Well, the other cookie sheets are retired to serving as drip pans in the oven... My Grandma showed me hers several years ago. I think she is using different cookie sheets now, but I will never go to anything else as long as I can still get these. I just bought this set to give my future Mother in Law one. She had never used them. I kept the smaller one for myself. I bake cookies that if they brown, they are burned. These sheets are also great for Spritz cookies, since you don't want them to brown either. Cookies just slide off with a gently push. I LOVE these and am so disappointed that you can't buy them here in Western KY anywhere I look anymore. Thank goodness for Amazon! These are amazing, if you burn cookies...it's user error or a demon possessed oven. These things are that good :) p.s. you can put them in the dishwasher but don't soak them.
