Great, old-fashioned style that doesn't burn the bottom of your cookies, like the nonstick pans do. Would definitely recommend them. The larger size is perfect for my en masse baking and I love the the way the lighter aluminum bakes everything evenly - no dark, overbaked cookie bottoms, etc. Would definitely buy again. Tossed out most of my old cookie sheets and have now replaced them with these.
